This is our annual competition to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness. We're changing things up this year and making it a PARTNER COMPETITION! These will be guy/guy and girl/girl teams. Both partners should be at the same skill level and be able to complete the WODs as prescribed for the division you sign up for. This event will start at 8 am and go until approximately 2pm (may vary based on wods and number of athletes). We will have a live DJ as well as a raffle and other prizes for the podium finishers. There will be 3 WODs for the competition:WOD 1: "Grace" - 30 Clean & Jerks For TimeEach partner will perform 30 C&J relay style: Partner 1 will complete 30 C&J then tag in partner 2 who will then complete 30 C&J. Your score will be the total time it takes for both partners to complete the 30 C&J each. Break the reps up as needed, but each partner must complete at least 1 rep of each movement. For the Plate Carry both partners will complete the 100m at the same time. Each team will have one plate and can distribute the carrying as needed.
